Defending Angel by Rathsi Defending Angel by Rathsi
Acrylic paint, Canvas

In the Angelís right hand and arm an infant is gently caressed from the surrounding storm. Its head is in the hand and torso lies along the forearm.

the angle from which the baby is shown is not chosen well, from first glance without reading the description it looks like the angel is only holding a head, which is a little creepy and does not get the protection message of the pic across. else, an impressive painting.

I know. I thought it was difficult to get everyone in attendance, but it was even more arduous to get the both of them synchronized for this image. With the surrounding storm giving no signs of abating, I had no other recourse than to go with what was at hand. Therefore it is what it is. ;-)
Thanks for faveing my Sleeping Baby Dragon.

Like I said, this particular image reminds me of William Blake, Who I find to have fascinating paintings.
